When making the move to a new service or starting your early childhood career, it is important to know how the organisation will support you throughout your employment.
At Trident Early Learning, we are committed to employing educators who are passionate about early childhood education and aspire to make a difference in the lives of children, families and the community. We believe that our team is one big, happy family who are devoted to continuously evolving and improving within the early childhood sector.
All of our educators work collaboratively to improve practice and relationships through team meetings, reflection and professional development. They are excited and open to change, show a thirst for implementing high-quality pedagogical practices, and are proactive in providing children with engaging and educational play spaces.
We are passionate about training educators who are new to the sector. Educators in leadership or seniority roles will expand on the knowledge of new employees through guidance, mentoring, resources and hands-on learning experiences. There are regular opportunities to progress into new roles throughout the centre and organisation, including promotion into management positions. Staff are encouraged to apply for any roles that are available.
We have developed some key roles for educators showing interest and skills in certain areas, e.g., Educational Leader. We also have centre teams for educators interested in improving, implementing and reviewing practices and procedures within the organisation, such as the Wellbeing Team, Green Team, Emergency Management Team, and Inclusion Support Team, just to name a few.
Ensuring our team are thriving is of the utmost importance, and that means supporting all of our staff professionally and personally throughout their journey. We have a strong focus on health and wellbeing, as well a commitment to continuous improvement, diversity, inclusion, community, education, compliance, social justice, reconciliation, child-safe practices, and meaningful partnerships.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We encourage all applicants to apply for positions within our organisation regardless of gender, race, age, culture, orientation, abilities, background, appearance, behaviour, qualifications, years of experience or professional barriers. Our aim is to create a workforce that reflects the community where we live, work, learn and play.
We are an inclusive organisation. We welcome all children, families, educators, staff and visitors into our services. We embrace the wonderful diversity that makes up our community and our world.
We will not discriminate against any child, family, staff member or stakeholder based on gender, sex, identity, race, impairment, age, culture, qualifications, knowledge, religious beliefs, religious practices, marital status, abilities, background, appearance, behaviour, parental status, health status, relationship status, parental preferences, political beliefs, sexuality, orientation, family responsibilities, experience, personal or professional barriers, and/or any other determinant.

As a child-safe organisation, all of our employees must have or obtain a valid working with children check.
