Supporting Mental Health

Childcare Mental Health

Continuing on from R U OK? Day, we thought we would share some valuable mental health resources that can assist you to support children, families and your colleagues, as well as yourself.

From webinars, to fact sheets, and even a national mental health program, there are many different resources that you can access.

The Be You program, led by Beyond Blue, promotes mental health and wellbeing, from the early years to 18, and offers evidence-based online professional learning, as well as a range of tools and resources to turn learning into action.

Another organisation that provides online training, programs and resources is Emerging Minds. They are dedicated to advancing the mental health and emotional wellbeing of infants, children, adolescents and their families.

We have provided you with a list of websites, resources, and support organisations to support mentally healthy early childhood programs, childcare and kindergarten services, and workplaces.
